They were charged with defacing public property for chalking “Black Preborn Lives Matter” on a sidewalk. The case never should have been filed. Chalking is not “defacing” and a sidewalk in not “public property”.”

The amount of cocaine involved was over 19 tons. Mr. Boyle’s client’s sentence was 70 months.
